Welcome!
Raised in Kentucky, I love being able to help others achieve their dreams to live in this great state. I have been in the mortgage business for over ten years, initially starting my career within our family owned mortgage company, A-1 Mortgage Company, Parker Services. After my family retired, I broadened my knowledge in the field with a position at PNC Bank Mortgage, a direct lender. I also retained a position at Embrace Home Loans until they closed their Louisville office. When looking for another position, I realized the benefits of being a Broker and the surplus of options for borrowers. It was at this time I decided to open my own business. I welcome you to my site to learn more and look forward to answering any questions you may have.

I thoroughly enjoy my career and with the years of experience I have reserved, this makes me knowledgeable and customer service oriented. I pride myself on being a strictly referral-based company. My customers trust me as I am dedicated to finding the best rate and term to fit their needs. I personally originate and process all loans & are available to costumers seven days a week. I also attend all closings. Being a brokerage firm allows me to have a pool of Lenders to quote from ensuring the best rate possible. Most Lender’s only have one source. A-1 Mortgage LLC. is FHA, VA & KHC approved. I am able to finance one-four unit properties as well. Depending on the Lender I use, my average turn-time is twenty one days.
